六月記事 .. A Junwork Production

昨晚去了由香港 Adobe 和 Jet 合辦的 Adobe Creative Hero 動力分享會，今次的主講嘉賓是 Draughtzman 的 Alliot Cheng 和 Ziggy Koo。雖然這不是第一次參加這個分享會，但肯定是，至少是到如今最 impact 的一之。

最初認識 Draughtzman 是從香港電台一個有關創意工業的電視節目。內容介紹了一個在上海進行用以推銷香港的小型展覽，就是由 Draughtzman 負責的，那些聲音和光影的交溶錯合，給我留下了強烈的印象。及後還有一個桌面上有九個光點排成十字形的互動的光源裝置，以光影和參觀者的動作互動，都教我眼前一亮．於是一直以為 Draughtzman 是一所從事多媒體及電子裝置的設計公司。及至昨夜才恍然大悟，哦，原來他們是一所室內設計公司。

而昨晚回家後一直輾轉反側，Draughtzman 的分享會的確給了我很大的 inspiration，由他們分享的創作過程，對工作的期望，對客戶的態度，還有思考的方式，都帶給我一種迎新的認知 : 凡事盡可能想多一點，客戶要你想一步，你就給客戶想多幾步；不要局限自己在某一特定的媒介裡，設計本來就是多元性的…還有很多很多新的概念，新的想法如泉水般湧上心頭。誇張一點說，就像人在沙漠裡看見一潭清水一樣，就是那種 refresh 的感覺。

還有的是，Alliot 和 Ziggy 給我的感覺好和藹，小了其他設計師高高在上，生人勿近的感覺，卻多了一分親切感，或者這也是我覺得有 impact 的其中一個原因吧…

About Draughtzman:

Draughtzman was founded in Hong Kong in 2000 by Alliot Cheng and Ziggy Koo, both of whom graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Draughtzman is a laboratory specializing in interior design and exterior environmental and landscape design. Its team of design practitioners explore, innovate and experiment in the possibilities for "Design Services" in three main areas: cross-disciplinary work, re-unifying stratification, and going beyond surface decoration.
